Heliskiing

Between the valleys of Courmayeur, la Thuille and Valgrisenche is Europe's largest concentration of heliskiing. There are 26 drop off points and more than 60 descents between 3800m and 1500m.  For those who like a himalayan experience, an 60 minute drive away/short heli flight is Gressoney where  you’ll be dropped at 4400m and ski down to 1600m.

The largest concentration of wild off-piste runs in the Alps, where descents of over 2000 vertical meters abound.
